This new feature will allow OpsCentral to access Singpass clients and authenticate them within OpsCentral IVR (Interactive Voice Response) systems.
The Singpass Authentication enables OpsCentral to offer a seamless and secure experience for customers who use Singpass for identity verification. With the API, Singpass clients can be verified and authorised within the OpsCentral IVR system, without the need for additional authentication or manual intervention.
