Software Engineer
Role
We are looking for someone with past experience in Java, Chat-bot and/or Telephony/Asterisk development. You will work with a passionate team of engineers to develop and operate the next generation cloud-based contact centre solution in the region.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with a passionate team of engineers to develop and operate the next generation cloud-based contact centre solution in the region.
- Develop chat-bots and work with associated technologies like AI and NLP.
- Work with sales and marketing teams to explore business requirements and react quickly to customer feedback.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest web and tech trends and have a keen interest in the latest developments in such technologies.
Requirements
You should possess most of these skills: Java Spring, AngularJS 1.x, Linux shell scripting, HTML5, CSS3, PostgreSQL
Other desirable skills: VoIP, Asterisk, Chat-bot and A.I. experience
