Systems Engineer
Role
We are currently seeking Systems Engineer, based in Singapore, to join our team as we expand our operations in the region. You will work with a passionate team of engineers to support and maintain next generation cloud-based contact centre solution in the region.You should be customer focused, results orientated individual that thrives in a fast paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to customer issue via phone or email
- Able to attend customer inquiries for product and specification
- Perform product application testing
- Conduct product-related training and documentation
- Support operations and maintenance of network systems and server infrastructure
- Provide pre-sales technical support to sales team
Requirements
- Degree in IT or related field
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Possess a pro-active attitude towards customers and good working attitude
- Strong in technical analytical problem resolution skills and Linux knowledge is big plus
- To assist in any other IT related activities
- Experiences in 24×7 support
Optional
- Experiences in in call centre environment
- At least 1 year Telecommunication relevant experience.
