Innovax Systems Announce The Formation of Prison Call Centre Joint Venture

Innovax Systems, a leading call centre technology solutions provider in Singapore is pleased to announce the formation of a joint venture with Itradeit, UBM, RE Holdings and Seacare Cooperative to set up and operate a third party call centre. Named Connect Centre, the initial 80 seater will be housed in Changi with inmates as agents to service government ministries and private sectors who are willing to participate in our social mission of rehabilitation and helping reintegration of offenders back into society. “This is in line with the recent launch of the Yellow Ribbon project by the government to help ex-inmates return to society. We are very pleased that we are given the opportunity to contribute in this effort”, says Mr. Patrick Tan, President of Innovax Systems.
