Responsibilities

• Develop AI features that encompasses Generative AI, Natural Language Processing, Computer Vision and Data Analytics.
• Lead software applications development, architecture design, installation and implementation of projects.
• Enhance existing product designs.
• Work with sales and marketing teams to explore business requirements and react quickly to customer feedback.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest AI, web and tech trends and have a keen interest in the latest developments in such technologies.

Requirements

• Keen interest or track record in sales and business development
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills
• Understanding of contact center solutions and web-based applications
• Knowledge of CRM systems and backend enterprise systems
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Flexibility to work in a hybrid remote and office environment
• Fluency in English and any additional languages is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is an advantage
• some direct sales experience in selling AI, SaaS or software solutions.
