We are currently seeking Senior Software Engineer (Fullstack) join our team as we expand our operations in the region. You will work with a passionate team of engineers to design and develop the next generation cloud-based contact centre solution in the region. You should be customer-focused, results-orientated individual that thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop AI features that encompasses Generative AI, Natural Language Processing, Computer Vision and Data Analytics.
• Lead software applications development, architecture design, installation and implementation of projects.
• Enhance existing product designs.
• Must familiar with Java, Spring Framework, Springboot, PostgreSQL, Bash Scripting.
• Working knowledge in AWS, GCP cloud services and environment.

Requirements

• Possess Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Strong working knowledge in Java and Spring Framework.
• Working knowledge in ReactJs/NextJS.
• Experience working with engineering teams
• Advanced problem-solving skills, must demonstrate critical and analytical thinking
• Good communications and interpersonal skills
• Strong time management, prioritization and organizational skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experiences in contact centre environment, VOIP (Asterisk), Social Media Chatbot (WhatsApp, Facebook, WeChat, etc.) will be advantageous.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Possess a pro-active attitude towards customers and good working attitude .
• Strong in technical analytical problem resolution skills.
• Familiar with Windows and Linux environment.
