Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Frontend UI/UX Developer to join our team and help us build the next generation of our cloud-based A.I. omni-channel contact centre solution. As a Frontend Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the frontend components of our solution, which includes voice, email, and chat channels. Your primary focus will be on building responsive, user-friendly interfaces that enable efficient and effective communication between our customers and their clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the frontend components of our omnichannel contact centre solution using modern web technologies such as Vue, Angular or React
• Good sense of UI/UX and create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for our customers and their clients
• Collaborate with our backend development team to ensure seamless communication between the frontend and backend of our solution
• Implement responsive design to ensure that our solution is optimized for all devices and screen sizes
• Write clean, modular, and maintainable code that is easy to understand and modify
• Perform unit testing and integration testing to ensure that the solution is bug-free and performs well
• Collaborate with other developers to continuously improve the user experience of our solution
• Stay up-to-date with the latest frontend development trends and technologies and incorporate them into our solution where appropriate

Requirements

• Proven experience in developing user interfaces using modern web technologies such as Vue, Angular or React
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Familiarity with Git or other version control systems
• Experience working in an Agile development environment
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working on large-scale web applications
• Familiarity with server-side technologies such as microservices, Spring, Node.js
• Familiarity with cloud technologies such as AWS, GCP or Azure
• Experience working with real-time communication protocols such as WebSocket or SIP
• Experience working with audio and video codecs
