Call Centre Integrator and solutions provider Innovax Systems Pte Ltd today announced that it has signed an agreement with Kyocera Communications Systems Co, Ltd (KCCS) and Orange Gum Pte Ltd to form a joint venture company, Kyocera Communications Asia Pacific Pte Ltd (KCAP). Based in Singapore, KCAP will provide wireless content and applications, as well as provision of other services such as systems, network integration and maintenance, data housing and hosting and other related integration and consultancy services in relation to systems and networks.
