We would like to thank you for your past support over the years for OpsCentral-On-Demand Version 4.0 (OCOD4)
This announcement applies to all software releases. Customers that have been operating under OCOD4 will be receiving a free upgrade to the new version which is OpsCentral-On-Demand Version 5.0 (OCOD5). Reports and existing customisations will also be migrated to OCOD5.

| End of software maintenance releases date | The last date that Innovax Engineering may release any final software maintenance releases or bug fixes. After this date, Innovax Engineering will no longer develop, repair, maintain, or test the product software. | 31 Aug 2018 |
| Last date of support | The last date to receive service and support for the product. After this date, all support services for the product are unavailable, and the product becomes obsolete. | 31 May 2019 |
