09 January 2023 – Innovax Systems an award-winning contact centre solutions provider are pleased to announce that we have been awarded the Data Protection Trustmark (DPTM) Certification by Singapore's Infocomm Media Development Authority (IMDA) for our data protection and privacy practices to demonstrate our commitment to protect our user information and personal data.

The Data Protection Trustmark (DPTM) is an Enterprise-wide certification for organization to demonstrate accountable data protection practices and are developed by IMDA using Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and international standards. Data protection practices must demonstrate compliance with four principles of data protection, each with a set of assessment criteria and controls. According to the certification requirements, data protection is guided by the following principles (a) governance and transparency, (b) management of personal data, (c) care of personal data, and (d) individual rights.
